SCHEDULED VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASSES – RETURN POLICY

Overview

Thank you for purchasing a Virtual Zoom Class from SkillMD Class. We work hard to provide you the best and most rewarding experience during our online video sessions.

Customers are always been priority for SkillMD Class. We wish to serve to the best of our capabilities through our virtual classes. Our money refund policy is one very important part of the commitment towards our customers.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy

If you desire to pull out or cancel your order participation to a Scheduled Virtual Zoom Class, you may do so by notifying SkillMD Class at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of a Scheduled Virtual Zoom Class. In such an event, refund process will be initiated and processed within 10 working days.

If you fail to cancel your registration to the event within the above mentioned specified time or if you fail to attend the Scheduled Virtual Zoom Class, refund claims will not be processed.

However, SkillMD Class could provide you the opportunity to watch the recording of the class that you missed after 7 working days of Scheduled Virtual Zoom Class date.

SkillMD Class reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any video class due to insufficient registration, Instructor illness/non-availability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations you will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class/ event.

Upon such cancellation, registrants will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any Scheduled Virtual Zoom Class. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

In case we reschedule a Virtual Zoom class, registrants will be notified about the new date and time 24 hours prior to the start time of the online class. If attendees are not available on the new date and time, SkillMD Class could provide you the opportunity to watch the recording of that video session.

SkillMD Class can not be held responsible in case you don’t receive login credentials or any email because of any firewall or SPAM filters in your organization or in your device. Please make sure you whitelist SkillMD.com and class.skillmd.com in your network.

SkillMD Class should not be held responsible for any technical problem at customer’s end. We recommend you check your system requirements in advance.

SkillMD Class should not be held responsible if you are not happy with the content of the online class, as tutors/speakers are responsible for content and we always recommend our customers to read the description first before making the purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
